Thank Goodness for Snow Pants

Every year, mommy has the same dilemma: Do we buy a new pair of snow pants or not? Well, Noni always talks Mommy into it and come January or February, we are so glad she did! We only have to buy one pair a year, since they just get passed down the line. A pretty good investment when we get a crazy week like this!

Anyway, it started out late Monday night with a crazy ice storm that woke us all up. Mommy said it was sleet and it sure did make the roads slick. So slick that we couldn't go to school or MOPS, or anywhere! Not to mention it never got out of the 20s the whole week! It wasn't pretty, it wasn't fun, and just when we thought we had had enough of the ice, we get dumped on again. Six inches of beautiful, fluffy, white snow! Soooo much better than ice. So, we put on our snow pants, and ventured out into the winter wonderland.

Getting all geared up.
Testing out our sleds on our street. Mommy and Daddy bought these last year at the ski store, just in case we ever got enough snow to use them. We have used them SO much in 2 winters!
Sledding. Our neighborhood is very hilly. Mommy said really bad for running. I say really great for sledding!
Fancy snow princess. Yes, that is real mink.
Cold and tired. Ready for our after snow snacks!
What a fun week!
