Goooooo Twinkle Toes!
It's spring soccer season! That's right, this is the our family's first organized team sport experience. Of course, since Abbie is the oldest, she is the one who gets to play. But, I don't mind much. I get to play with my good friend Audrey B, sit in my super cool princess chair, and cheer for the best soccer team ever, the Twinkle Toes!

Spring Break
Mommy says spring break really isn't a "break" when you stay at home and have preschoolers. I'm not sure what she means by that, but we don't do much during that week. Everything is crowded. But, one thing we always do is get together with the "gretches and gretch kids"...aka, Mommy's college roommates. There are 13 gretchies now. Look at how much we've grown! Here we are in 2009, when there were only 10 of us.

TA DA!
Here she is...Samantha Joy...SIX months old! Mommy said 6 months is a big deal. Half a year old; eating real food; sleeping like a rock star; sitting like a big girl. Here are some other neat things about my little sister right now.
BIG! She weighs 19 1/2 pounds and is 28 1/2 inches long. Her head is also on the "upper" end of the spectrum. But mommy said that is typical for a Glaze girl. Must mean we have really big brain power!

Oh No!
I just remembered that we have not taken Samantha's 6 month "lovey in the green chair" picture!!! And she is already 6 1/2 months old! I will tell mommy to get right on that tomorrow!
BTW, did you know I was Samantha's age when I first started blogging??? You can read my first post here. I have grown up sooooo much:).

Pink Pony Tails
Did you know that some ponies have them? And bright turquoise blue, too. And glitter. I am so glad God gave ponies different colored tails.
Here we are at Western Day at pre school. Claiming the Pink Tailed Pony for our pony ride. She was the best pony.
Oh, and don't mind the ankle length jeans. I get Abbie's old clothes, whether they really fit me or not. But aren't my braids super cute?
AG
What??? You don't know what AG stands for??? American Girl, silly! And we are ALL about AG lately, at our house. Santa brought Felicity for Abbie and Bitty twins, Kylie and Melanie, for me. To say we love our AG would be an understatement. Mommy decided we needed a trip the AG store, where Felicity, Melanie, and Kylie too center stage. Here are a few pics of our
adventure.
Fancy drinks are a necessity at the AG store.
Hungry Baby
We have one hungry baby at our house! Mom said it was good to let babies try a new food 3 times before moving on to another food...but Samantha is HUNGRY...and super advanced:). So we have gone through quite an assortment of fruits and veggies. She definitely wins the prize for being the healthiest eater at our house!
Sweet Potatoes (for babies):
peel 2 sweet potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes
boil, uncovered until super soft
place in food processor bowl
puree away!!! add a little water from the pot to make them smoother for your baby
Samantha LOVES sweet potatoes! And these nifty little freezer containers are from Right Start. Aunt Erin taught us another cool trick for freezing baby food. Just fill up and ice cube tray, freeze, then pop them out into a gallon freezer bag.
