And here's my new bed. I love it, and I told mommy not to even worry about a rail, because I am SO BIG! I will tell mommy to post a pic while I sleep because it's so cute how I curl up in a little ball at the top corner and barricade myself in with all the pillows. Oh, and mommy said to ignore the pink walls....my new, shabby chic BLUE walls, will be coming soon!Tuesday, September 15, 2009
New Boots, New Bed
Yep, look at these hip new fall boots Noni bought me for fall. Soooo fashion forward...Mommy is thinking she needs a pair for herself. Sure my feet are a little sweaty in them right now, but I don't understand why I can't wear them all the time yet.

A Little Bit of Randomness
Abbie does not nap anymore. I don't know how she makes it through the day, but she does. Usually she has "quiet time" on the couch, but there are days when Mommy says she needs "quiet time." So Abbie sits in her bed for 1 hour. But, she never falls asleep. Mommy took a picture of her on the video monitor. She loves to read.
Today is the "great bed swap." This means, bye-bye crib! I really am a big girl now!!! Abbie is so sweet, she is giving me her bed. And Abbie is getting Mommy's bed from when she is a little girl. There will be more about this later.
This morning, when Daddy took apart Abbie's bed, he got a little bit of a surprise...dried vomit. Yes, that's right. This will teach Mommy and Daddy to clean up a little better next time we get the stomach flu.

I'm BACK!!!
So sorry folks! I know you have missed reading about my daily activities. Today something really great happened...I FINALLY got to do something "big girl" worthy. SCHOOL!!! Well, actually, "mother's day out," is what they call it. I don't like that name though. It makes it sound like Mommy is out having free time and fun...I know that's not the case. I actually feel sorry for Mommy, being without us all day, having to come up with stuff to do by herself. That can't be much fun.
Well, I was quite the model student today. My teacher even told Mommy that I was a good rule follower. I was made for the "school" thing. I can't wait for next week, when we learn all about the letter "A."
Check out my new backpack...Tinkerbell, of course. Don't I look proud?

This is Abbie's 3rd year at "school." This year, she is actually in the "pre-school" program. Mommy said sometime they add fancy words to the title and make the parents pay more money. BUT, she does get to go to the Library and Chapel in "preschool!"
Posing as sisters.
